I had an incident where I accidentally left my key card inside my room, I went down to reception to ask for help and a woman told me to go up to my room and wait for a security guard at my door so I did. And I waited for almost 2 hours Iand nobody came up I was holding many bags and my food the woman at the reception could clearly see that and she still told me to do that. So after all that time I went back down to reception and I tell her about it and guess what she does she gives me the new key cards in seconds like she was able to do that since the beginning yet she didn’t. That was incredibly mean it was awful

Our flight arrived at 8am and we had been up since 2am. They would not let us check in until 4pm even though our room was ready at noon. If you want to check in early it's a $45 fee which is just insane. The fee is for...nothing. The room just sat up there ready and we just waited in the lobby tired and desperate to shower. Such a scam and money grab. Any other hotel anywhere else lets you check in if the room is ready. That was crazy and not very customer forward. We booked a room for respite after a long day of travel and it was being witheld from us for extra money.
